Here you will receive answers to questions most frequently asked by customers.

Can I also order by e-mail?

So that we can process your order quickly and efficiently, we recommend that you order the desired article through our online shop. Here you will find exact data about the article, the colours and sizes available, and your order and your personal data are passed on to us in coded form. Should there be technical problems you can of course also send us your order by e-mail.

Is there a minimum or maximum order value?

The minimum order value is 25,00 EUR.

How can I cancel my order?

We usually process your order the same day. Please therefore inform us as quickly as possible if you wish to cancel your order

Please tell us the order number we sent you by e-mail.

If the delivery is already on its way to you, you can make use of your right of revocation (except for tights) and send the goods back to us in their original condition without giving any reason. See also our right of revocation.


Can I choose a different delivery address?

We can of course send an order to a different address, as long as this is within Germany. Give us your chosen delivery address during the order process.

I placed several orders on the same day. Can you combine these?

We try to combine your orders, but unfortunately cannot guarantee this. If your order has already been completely processed, combining is unfortunately no longer possible.

Which methods of payment does Comfort4Men online shop offer me?

Paying with PayPal is very simple.
During ordering, select PayPal from the methods of payment. And the end of the order process you will see a PayPal logo. Click on this logo. You will then see the complete data that has been transferred to PayPal. You are now on PayPal s web page. Here you can confirm your payment in the usual way. If you have not yet registered with PayPal you can do so on this page.

Advance payment

We grant a discount of 2% of the article value on orders paid for in advance. We dispatch the goods immediately after payment has been registered on our account. Delivery time is approx. 2 working days inasmuch as no other delivery time has been given for the article.


You will receive our account details by e-mail together with the order confirmation.

Cash on delivery (only for deliveries in Germany)

COD payments are safe and comfortable. With COD payment the customer pays the invoice total in cash to the person delivering the goods. Our logistics partners charge an additional COD fee of currently 2.00 euros.

How does my shopping basket work?

The shopping basket holds all the articles you have noted for ordering during your shopping trip in our shop. Here you have the option at all times of putting an article back or altering the amount of individual articles. By clicking on [checkout] you start the ordering process. Here you will be asked for your invoicing and delivery address and also the chosen mode of dispatch and payment. Before you finally send us the order you will receive a complete overview of all the data given, so that you can check it.

After the customer has given his/her personal data, confirmed the general terms and conditions and customer information and clicked on the order now button (= sending the order form), in the final step of the order process the customer places a binding order (offer of conclusion of a contract) for the goods/services contained in the shopping basket.

Can I try the tights on?

Even in a normal shop you cannot try tights on. For hygienic reasons, tights that have been tried on cannot be returned.

What must be observed when returning goods?

You will be responsible for the direct costs connected to the sending back of the goods.

How do I carry out a return or exchange?

You have the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 days of receiving them. This does not apply to tights, however, as these are special customized designs. You will find details about this in our general terms and conditions.


Please observe the following points:

  • The article should always be in its original packaging, undamaged and unworn.
  • The article may be tried on as long as it is not underwear or hosiery.
  • Please supply adequate postage on your returned article. If the goods have a value of 40 euros or more, Comfort4Men will take over costs for the return.

What does the Comfort4Men online shop do for the security of my data?

You will find everything about our shop s data security here. We have deliberately chosen only the above-mentioned methods of payment because these require no storing of bank details.


Where and how can I order catalogues?

As our shop is not a classic mail order firm, there is no catalogue. The online shop itself offers a comprehensive product overview and information.
